At Grothony Global Solutions, we follow a structured and professional recruitment process to ensure you find the most suitable candidates for your organization. Here's how we make it seamless and effective:

Step 1: Process Activation

You will receive an email from grothonyglobalsolutions@gmail.com within 24 hours of submitting the required activation documents.

Step 2: Candidate Screening 

Our recruitment team will screen candidates and share shortlisted resumes for your review within 3–5 working days.

Step 3: Feedback & Filtering

Based on your feedback (via email), we refine our screening criteria and either send more CVs or proceed with interview arrangements

Step 4: Interviews

Interviews are conducted as per your preferred format and schedule

Step 5: Selection & Offer

Selected candidates receive offer letters under the Grothony banner. If not selected, we continue sourcing until the right fit is found.
